What to photograph
You do not need to tidy before taking photographs. Send them privately through our quote form. Wide views help us see access and the space; closer views can show your priorities. Leave out faces and personal documents where possible.

We don’t initially accept ordinary bookings involving the following:
- Sharps or needles
- Substantial blood
- Significant human waste
- Hazardous chemicals
- Severe pest infestation
- Specialist biohazards
These should be referred to an appropriately equipped specialist. If you’re unsure about the work, describe it when you enquire.
A few practical questions
Do I need to explain why my home is like this?
No. We only need information relevant to the clean and to working safely. Share as much or as little personal background as you choose.
Can I start with just one room?
Yes, tell us the area you want help with. Judgement-free cleaning starts from £150, with the final price confirmed after reviewing photographs.
Will photographs be kept private?
Yes. Quote images are private. The optional portfolio choice only means we can ask about photography later; it is not permission to publish anything.
Is this a house-clearance or specialist biohazard service?
No. We agree practical cleaning work within our equipment and service boundaries. Specialist hazards and clearances need an appropriately equipped provider.
